Maikan Film Productions shoots video both on land and underwater. We like projects and stories with a soul. And to create powerful content we combine the passion of our clients with our love for storytelling and shooting wildlife and nature imagery. Next to shooting on land we are fully equipped to shoot cinematic underwater imagery.

Maikan Film Productions was founded by Aart Jan van Dijk. As a Director, Director of Photography, (Underwater) Cameraman, Editor and Writer he focuses on projects about sustainability and conservation. The belief in a society in which we look after each other, the strong connection with nature and the ambition to look after it for future generations lie at heart of the company and can been found in the projects we work on and people we cooperate with.
